Warranty conditions

The warranty you get depends on the product or the product brand. The warranty varies from three months to 2 years. The product should last during this period and should not break. If this does happen, we will replace your product free of charge.

The product contains user damage when the product no longer works properly due to how you have used it. Think of an ankle brace, which loses its functions if it no longer works properly. You can then no longer return the product or get a refund.

Rayven uses three conditions regarding the warranty of our products.

  • The seller guarantees that the item sold complies with the agreement, that it will function without defects and that it is suitable for the use that the buyer intends to make of it. This warranty is valid for a period of two calendar years after the purchaser has actually put it into use.
  • The aforementioned guarantee does not apply if the defect has arisen as a result of injudicious or improper use or if – without permission – the buyer or third parties have made changes or have tried to make or have used the purchased item for purposes for which it is not intended.
  • If the warranty provided by the seller relates to an item produced by a third party, the warranty is limited to the warranty provided by that producer.

You are entitled to a warranty if your product breaks down or does not function properly within the warranty period. You can then request your money back or we will send you a replacement product. Rayven does not do repairs.

Cost of warranty

If your product breaks within the warranty period and it is a manufacturing defect, the warranty is completely free. We will then send you a new product, and you return the damaged product to us as a return. However, we cannot do anything for you outside the warranty period.

Returning the product is not free. You must pay the return shipping costs yourself. We will then ship a replacement product to you free of charge. This way you don’t have to pay shipping costs twice for a return product.

Request warranty

You can easily request your warranty by filling out the online return form. Then indicate what you have in mind as a solution. Please note that the product is still within the warranty period. You can find this in the description of the product.

Yes, it is possible to drop off your product in our store. You must take the product with you in its original packaging, including invoice. We then look for a suitable solution together. This can be in the form of a replacement product, or in the form of a refund of the purchase amount.

Yes, this is also possible via the online return form. After registration, we will let you know what the next steps are in the return process. Please note that the products fall within the warranty period. You can read this in the description of the product.

You can easily request your warranty yourself by filling in and sending the online return form. You should make sure that the product is still within the warranty period. You can find this in the description of the product.

After submitting the return form, a replacement product will be sent within 5 working days or money will be refunded to your account. Mention on the return form which solution you have in mind, then we can arrange this for you.

Each product has a separate warranty period. This period depends on the brand of the product. You are entitled to a warranty if the product does not work properly within the warranty period. You can then request your warranty via the return form. We will then send you a replacement product or refund the purchase amount to your account.
