Register return

If you are not satisfied with a product or if it does not meet your expectations, you can easily fill in the return form. The moment you send us this form, we will ensure that you either receive a new product or get a refund for your order.
Yes, it is possible to drop off your product in our store. You must then deliver the product, with receipt, and we will look for the right solution together with you! However, please note the corona measures that apply within our company.

Return conditions

Is the product different from what you expected? Then you can return the product. The product has 14 days right to return shipment and the return costs are for your own account. There are a number of requirements before a product can be returned. For example, the product must comply with:
  • The original invoice is attached.
  • The return form is fully completed and attached.
  • The returned product is unused.
  • The returned product is in the original and undamaged packaging.
The moment you change your mind about your return product, you must send us an e-mail in which you indicate that you cancel the return treatment. Make sure you pass this on in time, so that we have not yet processed your return.
If your product breaks within 14 days of purchase, and this is not your fault, you can receive a replacement product. You can do this easily via the return form. If you do not want a replacement product, please contact us to see what the options are.
You have two options within 14 days of receiving your product:
  • Exchange your product for another product for free;
  • Return your product for free and have your money refunded.

Steps in the return process

It is unfortunately not possible to exchange your product directly with the delivery person. The return must first be processed in our system. When we have received your product, we will send a new product. You will receive this at home the next day. Is the new product out of stock? Then we will of course let you know and you will receive your money back.
When you exchange your product, you have two options. You exchange the product with a cheaper product. You will receive the remaining amount on your account within 3 days of receipt. You can also exchange the product with a more expensive product. You will then receive a payment request from us for the remaining amount. When this amount has been paid, we will send the new product to you.
Once your return has been processed, the money will be refunded within 5 working days. Depending on your payment method, the amount of money will be transferred to you as soon as possible. Did you buy the product in cash? Even then you must complete the return form and the money will be transferred back to your account.
Register your retrour via the return form. You must then prepare your order for the return journey to us. Pack this well and firmly and pack it in the original packaging (if this is still possible). You will receive a confirmation email with a return number within a few hours of your return notification. You have to pay for your shipping label yourself. Then send the package back for free via a PostNL point near you and keep an eye on the status in ‘My Orders’.
Unfortunately, products are not picked up at home. If you want to return a product or order, you must return it yourself. Fill in the return form and bring your package to the nearest PostNL point.

Return status

Once your return has been processed, the money will be refunded within 5 working days. Depending on your payment method, the amount of money will be transferred to you as soon as possible. Did you buy the product in cash? Even then you must complete the return form and the money will be transferred back to your account.
When we have received your returned product, we will send you your new product. This will be delivered to you the next day. If the new product you want is not in stock, we will of course let you know immediately. You will then receive your money back within 5 working days.
You can view your return status in your account on our website. We will send you a confirmation when we ship your package. It is possible that your product has arrived at the Rayvensupplies warehouse according to Track & Trace, but that you have not yet received a confirmation of receipt. Don’t worry, it may take a while for us to process your return.
